Original 1941 Izhevsk 91/30 and an original and authentic 1944 PU scope.

The markings on the rifle barrel: From what I've gathered the rifle (and stock) are marked with the "box with the 'X'" which indicate a post war refurbished rifle and stock. I'm still trying to figure out what the 'P' means centered below all the other markings.

The PU Scope: Serial number indicates late 1944 manufacture. Below the serial number is the "box with the 'X'" which indicates early 1950's arsenal refurbishment.
