- Small Century barrel import marking.
- Finnish remarked rear sight and replaced front sight
- 1913 Izhevsk receiver counterstamped with Soviet crest
- Bolt appears to be original matching. Magazine floorplate and buttplate non-matching.
- One of six known Izhevsk produced 1919 M91s in the US/Canada. Tulas, while still extremely scarce (or even rare), and Dragoons from both arsenals, are recorded in the low hundreds.

As far as I'm aware, it's only the 6th known 1919 Izhevsk M91 (at least in the US and Canada). It was a previously unrecorded serial before I submitted it to the Gunboards database.
