Found at a Local Gun show. Almost all matching U.S. Property 1917 Remington. Only part that does not match is the Cocking knob but is still a Remington part. Likely was damaged in U.S. Hands and replaced with a left over part or a part from another rifle. Unsure of the exact story on this one other than that. Bore Is extremely clean so unsure if it was used for training. Cartouche on the stock is still nicely stamped and legible as well as the U.S. stamp still in nice condition. Overall a nice example of a U.S. Property M91.
