Don't know too much about the sling itself but it's a standard Russian M44 with mismatch bolt that didn't get refurbed.

UPDATE:After asking big sam and another big mosin collector its highly assumed to be a chinese/korean or vietnam M44 due to the sling. I did take it apart as well with it being COATED in cosmoline all inside
