The Korean text at the top reads "보총사격" (Bochong Sageok), which translates to "Rifle Shooting."
The bottom text "조선우표" (Joseon Upyo) translates to "Korean Stamp" (Joseon being the traditional name for Korea).
The denomination is 10 전 (Jeon), a subunit of the North Korean won.
